1. What type of yoga do you practice at Mandiram?

At Mandiram, we practice Vinyasa Yoga— a dynamic style that connects movement and breath.

It’s perfect for anyone, but especially if you spend long hours sitting. Vinyasa Yoga helps release tension in your back, strengthens your posture, and makes you feel more flexible and energized.


2. What level is right for me?

We’ve created a special 60-minute class for first-timers on Wednesday at 14:15, led by Gordana. It’s a great starting point if you’re new to yoga.

However, you’re welcome to join any other class on the schedule.

Remember, the more you come, the more you’ll learn. Maybe in your first class, you’ll only do 60% of what’s offered, and that’s perfectly fine. In your second class, you’ll do 65%, and so on.

Yoga is about progress, not perfection. We offer classes every day, both in the morning and in the afternoon. Take advantage of your free week.


3. How do I participate?

Getting started is easy. Just sign up on this page, and you’ll receive an email with all the information you need to book your classes.

And don’t worry—we have yoga mats for you, and you can change at the studio if you’re coming directly from work.


4. Why choose Mandiram Yoga and the Poblenou Studio?

Our Poblenou studio is just 5 minutes from Allianz, located on the first floor. Being above street level makes it a quiet, cozy, and brightly lit space where you can fully relax and disconnect.

Mandiram Yoga was co-founded by Gordana and Gloria, who met while working corporate jobs in New York City. They know firsthand what it’s like to sit all day and are passionate about helping people move their bodies and feel great.


One quick note: while all our teachers speak English, classes are taught in Spanish. It’s a fun way to practice both yoga and Spanish!


5. What should I bring?

You don’t need to bring anything—we provide yoga mats at the studio. Just wear comfortable clothing, and if needed, you can change at the studio.
